1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION: I (the legal owner/representative) acknowledge to have voluntarily submitted game film(s) personally owned/represent-ownership-of & now transfer such ownership to WeWereAthletes.com for public sale. I (the legal owner/representative) agree to the following upon submission: • Removal of any / all inappropriate audio-visual actions prior to submission • Supplying both accurate & current contact information in case of any questions are asked challenging accurate ownership / representation.
2. RELEASE: In consideration of accepting the volunteers to apply and place the Videos on my property (at no cost), I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for liability and damages I may have against the We Were Athletes, its board members, officers, employees, members, volunteers, insurers, sponsors, agents and assigns. I hereby waive and release any rights, actions, or causes of action resulting from personal injury to me, my executors, next of kin, administrators, heirs, successors and/or assigns, or damage to my property sustained in connection with this Activity/Event. I further consent to the reasonable and legitimate use by the We We’re Athletes of any photographs, recordings, interviews, videotapes, motion pictures or similar visual or auditory recordings of me, my family and/or my home.
3. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION: I understand that the installation date may be changed, my home removed from the Videos Application Activity/Event, or the Activity/Event canceled at the sole discretion of the We Were Athletes. I also understand that the We Were Athletes make no promises, warranties, nor guarantees related to the Video and/or its application. Any additional plants, labor, or services requested by the homeowner (outside the scope of this project) is the sole financial responsibility of the homeowner and should be contracted separately with a landscaping company or nursery.
4. KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION: I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a contract between me and the We Were Athletes and that I fully accept the terms of this liability waiver, by the submission of my order form.
