Privacy

Collect less. Protect what matters.

The archive should collect only what it needs to review film, maintain records and respond to contributors.

Contribution data

A production submission may include a name, email address, relationship to the game, video link and optional historical notes. Public attribution is separate from private contact data.

Public archive data

School, season and game facts may be public when verified and appropriate. Private contributor contact information should not appear on public game records.

Service providers

Video playback involves YouTube under its own policies. A production launch should document analytics, hosting, email and form-processing providers actually in use—never placeholders.

Retention and requests

Production retention periods, access controls and request channels must be approved before collection begins. Contributors should be able to request correction or removal of their private submission data, subject to legitimate archival and legal needs.
